Information you provide
If you use our contact form, you provide your name, email address, subject, and any message you choose to send. We use this information to read and respond to your inquiry, not to send marketing emails or text messages. The form sends the submission to our site administrator by email. Only the restaurant administrator can access these inquiry emails. Our current contact-form plugin does not save submitted messages in the WordPress database by default. We delete contact-form emails, including retained copies and backups, within one year after responding.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand visits to our website and interactions such as clicks on our online-order links. Google Analytics uses cookies and related identifiers to measure website activity. We use its reports to improve the site and understand how people find the restaurant. A click on an order link is a website interaction; it does not tell us that an order was completed. Learn more in Google’s explanation of how it safeguards Analytics data and Google’s privacy policy.
Online orders and other sites
When you select an online-order link, you leave our website and enter the Peblla ordering service. Please review Peblla’s privacy policy for information about that service’s data practices. Our restaurant does not use information from Peblla for marketing emails or text messages; Peblla describes its own practices in its separate policy.
Our contact page embeds Google Maps for directions, and our pages link to social platforms. Those services may collect information when you use their content or follow their links. Their privacy notices explain their own practices.
How long information is kept
We delete contact-form emails, including retained copies and backups, within one year after responding. Our current Google Analytics settings retain event-level data for two months and user-level data for 14 months. New activity can reset the retention period for a user identifier. These settings do not set a universal deletion date for standard aggregated Analytics reports. Other services linked or embedded on this site may retain data under their own policies.
Your choices and requests
You can contact admin@noidea1560.com to ask about information you sent through our contact form. You may also manage or delete cookies through your browser. Google provides an Analytics opt-out browser add-on. If your request concerns information handled by Peblla during online ordering, you can also consult its privacy policy linked above.
Updates
We may update this notice when our website or data practices change. The date at the top of the published notice will show its latest update.
